We know that different funders ask for different information and applications processes vary from fund to fund but it pays to spend a bit of time making sure your project fits the CLLD fund. You need to make sure that your application clearly explains what you want to do so the Local Action Group understand how your project will make a difference in local communities.

- What is the issue/What is the need?
- What action you could take to correct this and what resources you need?
- Describing the impact you hope to see.
Input - what resources do you need to make this happen (staff, equipment, room hire etc.) and what will they cost? Do you have all these resources? If not, is a partnership needed?

Output/Activities - what will you do, who you will work with and which of the CLLD activities will you be delivering?

Impact - if you deliver the output/activities what will be the impact/change?
